Global link Security Services, Just as a start up in the Middle of Covid-19 pandemic in September 2020 and has prudently managed gradual its growth. With this growth, we are sure of hitting 100 staffs in less than one year. Global Link Security Services is aiming at becoming a leader in the provision of quality security services to a variety of industry sectors in its chosen niche markets for:

Our team is totally committed to exceed our clients’ expectations by providing a first class service with added value. To achieve this, Global Link Security Services strives to recruit, train, develop and support the best Officers to ensure their suitability to the requirements of each site. This allows us to provide professional personalised service to meet our client’s specific needs and objectives. Recruitment and selection is therefore the key to a successful delivery of services. Apart from overseas recruitment, with local recruitment and interviews, potential candidates are invited to attend our office and meet with our Management team who will assess the suitability of the candidate for the role to be filled. This interview will encompass evaluating the Candidate’s:

  • Presentation and grooming
  • Past experience in a similar role
  • Motivations to take a new role
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Oral or written reporting skills
  • Availability to work rotating shifts/rosters if applicable
  • Commuting capabilities
  • Willingness to develop
  • Commitment to take ownerships of the role

We do advocate and encourage our clients to meet with potential candidates if possible.
We do not poach staff from incumbent providers. However, if a client wishes to retain incumbent staff, we would start the process early in the transition period to ensure that the concerned Officers have plenty of time to make an informed decision. We don’t advocate the use of subcontractors, however it is necessary to have at least one working relationship so we can meet demands to reduce costs and/or face manpower shortfalls. Use of such arrangements will always be made in consultation with our client.

Our Main Policy

Global Link Security Services Management acknowledges that success can only be achieved by constantly aiming at excellence in service delivery. Committing to exceed our clients’ expectations by ensuring that we deliver a quality and value for money service requires that we continually seek improvements in our processes. This means that we need to have a universally recognised QMS (Quality Management System). This system would refer to our implemented administrative and procedural activities so that requirements and goals for our service delivery or activity will be fulfilled.
