Recruitment and selection is therefore the key to a successful delivery of services. Apart from overseas recruitment, with local recruitment and interviews, potential candidates are invited to attend our office and meet with our Management team who will assess the suitability of the candidate for the role to be filled. We do advocate and encourage our clients to meet with potential candidates if possible.
We do not poach staff from incumbent providers. However, if a client wishes to retain incumbent staff, we would start the process early in the transition period to ensure that the concerned Officers have plenty of time to make an informed decision.
We don’t advocate the use of subcontractors, however it is necessary to have at least one working relationship so we can meet demands to reduce costs and/or face manpower shortfalls. Use of such arrangements will always be made in consultation with our client.
